SAE Digital Library

We are currently experiencing some problems accessing the full text of documents on the SAE Digital Library. When clicking on 'view document' a message appears saying 'access denied' and gives possible reasons, most relating to subscription problems or download limits. We should not be having these problems and I have contacted our suppliers as a matter of urgency to get this matter resolved.

The problem has still not been resolved. If students need to access a particular document please ask them to e-mail Lucy Bean at customer support lucy.bean@ihsti.com with their request, stating that they are a student at Coventry University or see Kirsty on Tuesday or myself on Wednesday.

I've just had a call from IHS to say that the problem has now been resolved. I've checked and have been able to access documents again, so it all seemes ok now.
